I don't believe that this is a scamming company, but from my own experience - and other reviewers - they are selling very sub-standard products. I was shocked by the goods sent to me, emailed them and received a prompt and polite reply asking for photographs which I sent. Several emails have been interchanged - all courteous - and a full refund was returned promptly.My advice? If you are not satisfied with your goods, tell them - politely.
