I purchased a pair of trousers which were absolutely awful quality, extremely thin cheap material, see through and definitely not white as advertised. No paperwork arrived with the delivery, I found an email from the website and requested a refund through the email. They replied saying they checked the item and it was sold at sale price. This was completely untrue. I paid the full price. They offered me 75% store credit if I kept the item or 120% store credit if I returned them. Still no address given. I sent them photos of the listing and my order to validate my purchase details. The website should be more truthful and simply say, WE DO NOT GIVE REFUNDS WE JUST KEEP YOUR MONEY. No reply from them since sending the actual listing. I would advise not buying from this company, if you do, be prepared to loose your money or be offered a credit to purchase more shoddy goods!
