I am absolutely appalled by the service I’ve received from Couture Moda.I spent a considerable amount of money, and the clothes I received were of poor quality and completely misrepresented online. I’ve been chasing the company for weeks to arrange a return and request a full refund, and have received no response to multiple emails.The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is shocking. I strongly urge others to avoid this company – no one should have to deal with this level of disregard after spending their hard-earned money.
