I advise anyone in the UK not to buy from this trader. I purchased two pairs of trainers/sneakers that looked good online, but when they arrived, they were poorly designed and very uncomfortable. I emailed requesting a refund on one unworn pair, but they offered only store credit. This goes against the UK's Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which entitle customers to a full refund to their original payment method for items bought online if cancelled within 14 days of receiving the goods. This regulation applies to any company trading in the UK, regardless of whether they are based in the EU or elsewhere.
