Sadly, 1* is inadequate for the extremely poor service. This retailer is not to be trusted. I purchased a trenchcoat, size L (the website says that if you always have size L, order size L). The order was made on 15 June and it took ten days for the parcel to arrive. Happy with colour and cut, but in size the product is unfortunately far too small - I expected size 16 but their size L is probably size 12. I enquired by email about the return address and their refund procedure, only to be told that the retailer does not offer any refunds but on return of the product would issue a credit note of 75%. I drew attention to consumer law and the right for a refund, to no effect. I have suggested they send me an XXL replacement if they have two sizes up, to no effect. I have now escalated this formally via my bank. My advice to all customers: steer well clear of this company.
