The product you sent was NOT as advertised - it is cream in colour not WHITE!!Your returns policy needs to be urgently revised in line with other major international retail suppliers. Take a look at Amazon and learn a lesson from them.It is wholly unreasonable to expect a customer to pay half the price of the item to return it to your warehouse that is outside the UK - CHINA, and then have the audacity to offer a refund by way of vouchers . Not only do you leave an unpleasant taste in the mouth with respect to a return, you then expect your customer to deal with you again with a credit - you must be in cloud cuckoo land.Your survival is purely down to the purchase of your goods by customers, they pay your wages, they provide the profit to the company and you have the short sightedness to treat them this way.Disgusting.You will not be surprised that I will be making our experience known wherever I can to warn subsequent potential customers of your poor customer care policySO MY MESSAGE IS WHATEVER YOU DO AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE.
