Horrendous company to buy from. Sent me a dress that was completely different to the image advertised and was cut wonky so the straps on either side are wonky and misshapen. Adamant they haven't sold me a faulty dress, won't refund unless I return the dress at a cost of £20 to me! I am reluctant to spend a further £20 as from the reviews on here its unlikeky I'll get any kind of refund. Tried in vain for weeks to resolve the issue via customer services. Generic responses and no resolution. I'm left with a £40 dress I can't wear and I can't sell. So frustrating.
