If I could give no stars, I will do just that. Everything about this company reeks of a scam!!They put up photos of the exact opposite items they send. Their delivery is horrible and takes forever to arrive. I contacted customer service, and was eventually offered a tracking number days after I got an update on the delivery status which never got delivered to me, stating it had been delivered.I finally received my item after 13 days and the quality is beyond appalling. Never have I ever seen a fabric so cheap and extremely low in quality. The fit and overall finish is horrendous. I only wished I had read reviews online before attempting a purchase, I wouldn’t dare! I wanted to make a return the moment I received the outfit, but I’ve been told I will be paying nearly 20 pounds for a 45 pounds outfit, or get a 50% store credit and keep the outfit. Putting such an item in charity is even an insult to whoever will eventually get it.I am already looking to raise a legal complain against them, because it’s totally unfair.It’s no surprise that all I see are extremely negative reviews about the company. I want my full refund as this is just a scam!
