One week after receiving five dresses of very poor quality, and a lot of effort, I am still trying to return them. I have received one reply so far to four emails that I have sent to Couture-Moda. The reply stated that I could return the items, but the process for doing this is not easy, and it obviously costs to send back to China via courier! @Couture-Moda: please advise your tax ID number so that I am able to return my parcels. I am keen to return my items ASAP and get a full refund. Thank you.
