**Update - if you bought your items on a credit card, make sure to involve your credit card company as soon as possible - ideally within 14 days of recieving the items. This company is a scam and so you can dispute your charge. My credit card company has thankfully recovered the money.**Avoid this website at all costs! I ordered two dresses which took around 3 weeks to arrive. The dresses themselves - despite costing £50 each - are absolutely awful quality, cheap material with stitching coming away at the seams. I ordered two size smalls with a body con fit but the dresses which arrived are large/extra large and completely shapeless. Despite the website saying 'easy returns' and '30 day guarantee' this is not true. As the items are sale items, I'm apparently only entitled to store credit. This is illegal under UK consumer law. If the products you receive are not as described - even if a sale item - you are entitled to a full refund. I also have no interest in store credit given just how awful the original purchases were.Even if a refund is granted, I would be expected to pay £20-£30 shipping costs to return to China - despite a UK address on their website. And from reading the other reviews there is a high chance the refund wouldn't be paid.Save yourself the money, time and effort and shop somewhere else! I will now always check reviews before buying to avoid this horrible experience again.
