Ordered two dresses - one was described as satin. When they arrived, they looked nothing like the pictures snd the label inside said 100%polyester. I’ve been in contact with their customer services but am constantly being fobbed off with excuses and told that they are sorry I’m not happy but returns policy is that sale items can not be returned. They seem to be ignoring the full price item. I have been offered store credit but who wants store credit from a site who lies about their products? Hilariously, the website was featured on BBC Watch Dog last night. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE.
