I now realise that other people have suffered the same fate as myself . I saw some trainers which looked attractive and were shown as good for your walking . I waited several weeks and the most awful tacky cheap looking trainers arrived . On top of this the sizing was totally wrong . Too small to wear anyway . Of course no refund as a Sale Item . I emailed as soon as I received them as was so shocked by them .I wrote many emails and their AI style of reply was so infuriating . In the end thetviffered me a voucher for same value for something new . I succumbed and ordered a dress which I am sure will be rubbish . Was so very please to see them named and shamed by Watchdog on the BBC1 show today . I will not even give them to a charity shop as that would be embarrassing . A greedy and deceitful company and I wish them nothing good .
