Awful company. Dress was cheap material and looked nothing like the pictures. Trying to get a refund is a nightmare. Looks like it is lost money for the two dresses and £26 return postage. Note that the company has responded to this review asking me to email them. To date I have sent 12 emails, most of which have been replied to, with essay responses but will not commit to paying a refund.
