I've been scammed by this company as well. You can report them to the police on the Action Fraud UK website. They are actually a Chinese company even though their address says London on their website, their numbers on their website don't exist either, their company ID doesn't exist everything about them is false, oh and their goods are REALLY poor quality as those of us who have been stupid enough to buy anything from them know. Also, if they won't give you a refund after you've sent the goods back, you can use Chargeback via your bank to claim the money back if you've paid by debit/credit card. I've just gotten my refund.
