Misleading Advertising: - Attractive photos, but items often differ in design, material, and size. - Advertised cardigan as cashmere but unidentifiable material used - no labels at all for wash/size or composition2. Poor Product Quality: - Unwearable, shoddy goods. Loose threads unfinished goods - Cheap materials but charged a premium price.3. Deceptive Returns Policy: - Returns must be sent to China at own cost—expensive and not disclosed upfront. - No refunds for 'sale' items; often only credit notes issued for more shoddy goods.4. Obstructive Customer Service: - Fast replies, but no real help. - Refuse to provide valid return info; refunds delayed or denied.5. Fake Legitimacy: - Slick, professional-looking website. - "Couture" branding masks low-grade fast fashion scam operation.6. I wanted to give 0 stars!
