HAVE I BEEN SCAMMED???I am currently trying to return a men’s two piece set which I overpaid for. When I purchased the outfit I contacted Couture Moda as I saw exactly the same image being sold by another company with a different/cheaper price.I asked them to please price match the item and provided them with screen shots as the image was exactly the same. I was refused this and Lein in customer service told me if I wasn’t satisfied with my order I can discuss a refund. I am now being ignored. Please can someone respond so i can be issued a full refund????I have sent all the screen shots already to Lein…. Please take me through the refund process i do not wish to keep going back and forth with emails to prolong things so I just forget about it!Me and my husband feel completely ripped off as the outfit looks nothing like the photos. The material is cheap but in the photos looks high quality Why has no one replied to my emails after you replied to this post????
