I contacted their customer service expecting a straightforward return and refund, but instead was met with excuses and inflexible "policies".Despite multiple emails, they refused a full refund, even though UK consumer law clearly supports refunds for items that are not as described or faulty. They offered either a 50% refund without a return or a partial gift card, which I clearly rejected, especially as I never plan to shop with them again.Their team is polite in tone but completely unhelpful in action — they hide behind policy rather than take accountability. I’ve since had to escalate the matter to my bank for a chargeback and report them to Trading Standards.Save yourself the hassle — avoid this company at all costs. It’s not worth the risk.
