This has been the worst experience ever. Assisting a 74-year-old friend with a stolen car claim, I found they treat you like a criminal. The process is poorly explained, requiring multiple calls and interviews that are inaccessible for someone with a disability. It’s frustrating to repeat the same information multiple times, which is not considerate of victims. The only positive aspect was the staff's politeness amidst their outdated processes.
