10/1/2025: Following up on my earlier post from 9/29/25. The company reached out to discuss my concerns regarding my unit. After troubleshooting together, it was escalated for further review. I was genuinely impressed with the support team's dedication, especially the representative who contacted me. I’ve updated my rating to five stars. Thank you for your swift response and thorough evaluation. -------------------------------------------------------------- My unit stopped working a few days ago. After cleaning and refilling, it continuously entered cooling mode, causing the fan to run excessively hot. I unplugged it multiple times to restart, but with no success. On a positive note, I enjoyed the taste of the water and the instant access to hot or cold water. The low rating was due to customer service; I sent several requests for assistance and a replacement, but received no response. I understand weekends may affect availability, but it’s been two weekdays with no reply. Given the cost of the unit, I expected better service. I advise anyone considering this product to think carefully.
