To be determined… received a new CovePure CO-16 unit. Our family has enjoyed using this unit, until it stopped working, 75 days after purchase. Customer service is in Philippines, and they said unplug and re-plug about 5 times. Try running warm water through it. No luck. After an hour on the phone, they are sending a replacement unit. So, we love it when it works. We’ll see how the second unit works…
