I would give this product zero stars if I could. I purchased this filter after seeing an ad from a podcaster I admire, which turned out to be a mistake. It was a birthday gift for my partner, and I even financed it due to its high cost. Within two weeks, it began leaking from the bottom. When I reached out to the provided contact number, I discovered they are not located in Nashville but in a different state. They failed to address the issue and insisted I send a video of the leak, as if I have the time to wait for it to happen again. Despite numerous emails trying to resolve this, they have stopped responding. I want to return this faulty product and get my money back, but they have not followed up after I sent the video. The product is terrible, and the customer service is even worse—definitely not worth the money. A friend of mine has two of these at work, and they had to buy a tray to catch the leaks and use a shop vac to clean up the water. Regarding the filter's features, you have to remove the back reservoir to dump and refill it, which I have to do in the bathtub since it doesn’t fit in the sink. The hot and cold settings don’t seem to make any difference in water temperature; everything is just room temperature. Why have those settings if there’s barely a difference? Replacement filters are $80, and I doubt this company will last another five years, making it unclear where to get filters in the future. I'm so disappointed. I hoped for a replacement machine, thinking mine might be defective, but after hearing about my friend's experience, it seems this is a design flaw. Buyer beware.
