I recently celebrated my 62nd birthday on December 19, and over the years, I've encountered both effective and ineffective car covers. Unfortunately, this one ranks as the least satisfactory, particularly when it comes to understanding where the attachments go and how everything is supposed to fit. The cover does not fit snugly as advertised and seems ill-suited for my vehicle model. The company was closed for the holidays today, leaving me with no option but to return it promptly for a refund before freezing weather hits in NC. I'm feeling frustrated and annoyed, but I intend to hear their explanation with an open mind.
