This service has been the most disappointing I've ever encountered. I purchased a cover in March 2025 with a five-year warranty, and by January 2026, it had completely disintegrated. Since it was impossible to reach anyone, I sent pictures showing the condition of the useless cover and requested a refund. Their reply was to offer me another cover for an additional charge, which was about 50% of my original payment. Why would I want another ineffective cover from these dishonest sellers and pay them again? The cover also fit poorly, contrary to their advertisements. I plan to report this to the appropriate authorities for the clear fraud they are committing.

My order arrived late, forcing me to buy from another seller. Although part of the delay was due to shipping, the company failed to meet their promised 3-day delivery. I returned an unopened item, but they would not waive the 20% restocking fee or the costly return shipping label. Furthermore, offering me discounts on their unsatisfactory product did not resolve my issues! This experience makes me prefer other platforms for future purchases.
I've bought numerous covers before. Unfortunately, I had a warranty issue with this one and have been waiting for assistance. I submitted all the necessary paperwork and photos but have yet to receive help. After over two months, I received an email from a representative apologizing and saying they would get to it as soon as possible. Terrible customer service. BE WARNED, shop elsewhere; they do not support their products or honor their warranty.
The boat cover I bought faded to an unappealing color and the fabric fell apart after just two seasons. The warranty department claimed this was 'normal' and couldn't offer any solutions. I strongly advise staying away from this unreliable company.
