If I could give zero stars, I would! My partner purchased seat covers as a holiday gift, but they didn’t fit my vehicle. After numerous emails—29 to be exact—he is still facing obstacles in getting a refund. The seat covers have been returned, yet they don’t respond to calls. I would never consider ordering from this service again.
