If I could give zero stars, I would! My partner purchased seat covers as a holiday gift, but they didn’t fit my vehicle. After numerous emails—29 to be exact—he is still facing obstacles in getting a refund. The seat covers have been returned, yet they don’t respond to calls. I would never consider ordering from this service again.
The seat bottoms constantly slip, requiring frequent adjustments. The elastic strap broke, and when I reached out to the support team, they informed me that they wouldn't have replacements available for at least three months and wanted to charge $20 for shipping. Despite repeatedly mentioning the slipping issue, they did not address it at all.

I had a couple of small splits in the leather of my front driver's seat on my 2019 Subaru Outback. Rather than spending money trying to repair it, I decided to get high class seat covers. Coverland had a great sale going on and excellent reviews, so I ordered a set for both front seats. They came promptly and I was able to install both seat covers in less than an hour. The fit was great, the look even better than the original leather, the color match almost perfect. They actually look better than new and add a bit more padding for added comfort. I would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to cover and protect their original upholstery or cover imperfections from any cause.
The seat covers for my 2014 Subaru Outback were shipped quickly and arrived in good order. It took a couple of minutes to review the installation procedure, which went extremely well. The covers fit the seat, seat back, and detachable headrests perfectly with no stretching or difficulties whatsoever. The stitching appears regular and sturdy, and the material feels first rate. There are large back pockets on both seats, which my original driver side seat did not have. There is a small pocket on the front of each seat for storing small items. A larger one would be nice, but even the small ones are two more than I had ten minutes earlier. I get the sense the interior of the car is a little quieter with the additional padding. I will see how the seats wear over the next few years but anticipate no issues at this time.

I bought front seat covers for my 2019 Subaru Outback as the driver side had split on the back. They came within five days, and I had them installed in about twenty minutes. Very easy to do, I watched the video and read the booklet. They made the seats so much more comfortable, and the seat covers look great. Two people have ridden with me and didn't notice that they were seat covers! It even comes with headrest covers. They even have a little pocket in the front of the seat for a phone or pen. A new dealership cover for ONE seat would have been over $400 plus $200 for installation. This was a great solution to make my car look new! I plan to rotate the covers so that they wear more evenly.
