Advised by operator to postpone the call out to the following day (as it was during the night and sounded like a flat battery). Office shortly after phoned to confirm this and then called again an hour later to again confirm this.
Next day rolls around, call out refused unless I paid a £125 cancellation fee despite the postponed call out being both advised and no mention of it being constituted as a cancellation or there being a fee.
Thankfully I managed to get the car sorted by alternative means but now they are still demanding I pay a £125 fee.
