I ordered a cover which unfortunately was the incorrect size. I called and explained the problem the person explained that I should take a picture but they don't accept returns. This is the 3rd cover I ordered none of which lasted more than 3 years. These covers don't hold up to Canadian winters and the company doesn't stand behind their products. Don't buy their products.
