Having ordered 2 straightforward covers and been pleased with the quality , I decided to go for a more complex cover for my new L shaped corner suite. After a few days, they asked me to check my measurements, which I did (they were correct) , and then sent me query after query by email asking for re-validation and additional measurements. It became clear that they were confusing depth and height as well as converting everything to inches and even mis-converting measurements in the process. Each time they sent a mock up, I spotted mistakes and when I corrected one, in the subsequent mock up another was wrong. I no longer had any faith that my cover would fit so asked to cancel. They just put the order on hold and left me to chase them - via the Indian call centre - to change the order from "hold" to cancel. At this point , I was offered a further discount to maintain the order but chose to cancel as the company does not know what its doing !!
