appalling customer service. I have been trying to cancel an order for 4 days now. They have taken part of the money from my account and wanted more because I made an error in size, which is fine but I decided the price was too much. I got cut off on 2 phone calls couldn't understand what they were saying. The reply on the line was delayed by several seconds too. Still waiting for them to ring back or email. Very disappointed. Will be taking matters further.
Exceptional service for a custom cover for a large orangery sky lantern. The website provided clear instructions on measuring, and after I submitted my measurements, the designer asked me to double-check them against their calculations, which turned out to be spot on. Communication was excellent, and the product arrived promptly, fitting perfectly. I would definitely recommend this service.
For more than 3 months to elapse between ordering/paying for the goods and their eventual delivery interspersed with emails which were either incomprehensible to a non-professional or had already been superseded by other emails - e.g receiving an email asking yet more questions about the product some days after the delivery date had been set was appalling and spoilt our summer. However when eventually the cover arrived it was 'as ordered' and fits pretty well.....
Spent all weekend preparing car for the winter and woke this morning to find the front of car uncovered and the cover had blown off inside out and soaking wet.the cover is okay but concider the strapping arrangement insufficient.So £154 down the pan and will have to resort to rope etc for peace of mind
