We received updates on expected delivery for December 30, then 31, then January 2, and now it's January 3 with no package in sight. The frustrating part is that the shipment has been sitting in a warehouse just 35 minutes away all this time. We reached out to the customer support team to express our concerns and even asked if we could pick it up ourselves. Unfortunately, the service was unhelpful. While the delays are due to the delivery service, it was the company that chose them. They need to ensure timely deliveries, select a different service, or rethink their mail order approach.
