While the delays are due to the delivery service, it was the company that chose them. They need to ensure timely deliveries, select a different service, or rethink their mail order approach.

They promised to reship it, but after several days without confirmation or tracking, I called back only to find out it hadn’t been sent. Fortunately, the representative I spoke with this time was very helpful and expedited my order, which is why I’m giving this review an extra star. It makes me anxious to order anything that might be urgently needed for my dog's health.

The bottle indicated one to two doses daily, which is a significant difference for a small dog. I had to spend hours trying to reach the vet for clarification. The second prescription is still pending after 10 days, while most pharmacies fulfill orders within 24 hours. I will not use this service again and will return to my local pharmacy. Additionally, I left a message regarding the dosage five days ago and have yet to receive a response. I also ordered another medication from them with clear instructions, but this prescription lacked any guidance.
