Disappointing Delivery Experience

As retired veterinarians, my wife and I ordered a special diet for our older dog on December 26. We received notifications of expected delivery on December 30, then 31, then January 2, and now it's January 3 with no package in sight. The frustrating part is that the shipment has been sitting in a warehouse just 35 minutes away all this time. We reached out to the customer service team to express our concerns about the delivery delays and even inquired about a customer pick-up option. Unfortunately, the service was not helpful. While the delays are due to the delivery service, it was the company that chose them. They need to ensure timely deliveries, select a different service, or rethink their mail order approach.

Issues with Reliability

This service has not impressed me. I ordered a prescription for my dog, which thankfully wasn’t urgent, but when it arrived, it was the wrong product—someone else's prescription. I had to return it through the delivery service and contacted support for the correct item. They promised to reship it, but after several days without confirmation or tracking, I called back only to find out it hadn’t been sent. Fortunately, the representative I spoke with this time was very helpful and expedited my order, which is why I’m giving this review an extra star. It makes me anxious to order anything that might be urgently needed for my dog's health.

Incomplete Prescription

I filled a prescription for an insulin pen for my cat at a high price. It would have been much cheaper elsewhere. To make matters worse, they didn't include the necessary needles, making it unusable.

Poor Experience with Pharmacy

The experience was disappointing for what should be a pharmacy. I received one prescription for my very sick dog five days later without any dosage instructions. The bottle indicated one to two doses daily, which is a significant difference for a small dog. I had to spend hours trying to reach the vet for clarification. The second prescription is still pending after 10 days, while most pharmacies fulfill orders within 24 hours. I will not use this service again and will return to my local pharmacy. Additionally, I left a message regarding the dosage five days ago and have yet to receive a response. I also ordered another medication from them with clear instructions, but this prescription lacked any guidance.

Unpleasant Customer Interaction

The customer service I encountered was rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. They seem trained to avoid resolving issues and dismiss customers. The pricing on their website is misleading, with unreasonable shipping costs, and the condition of the package was unacceptable.
