This company is horrible. I really think no one truly works there. No matter when you call you can never get through and talk to someone. Instead, they push you to use their online communication and email - I received a response two weeks after multiple attempts to speak with someone. My vet uses them as their source for food, supplies etc - I think the only way to impact them is to convince the veterinary providers to switch to another supplier. This company does not value individual customers at all!
