They say on their website that there are no fees to use their autoship. They charged a $15 "handling" fee and a separate "fulfillment" fee. If you sign up for autoship, you won't know about the fees until they've billed your card and email you a receipt. They also charged me the wrong price for the meds - instead of billing me the discounted autoship price, I got the regular price, a difference of $9. For meds that should have cost $80, they charged me almost $120. UPDATE: I reached out to Covetrus regarding the overcharging. Never got a response. My order finally arrived, and I counted the pills and was shorted 2 tablets. Paid for 90 and got 88. Overcharged and shorted in my dog's meds. Avoid this scammy company at all costs.
