As retired veterinarians, my wife and I ordered a special diet for our older dog on December 26. We received notifications of expected delivery on December 30, then 31, then January 2, and now it's January 3 with no package in sight. The frustrating part is that the shipment has been sitting in a warehouse just 35 minutes away all this time. We reached out to the customer service team to express our concerns about the delivery delays and even inquired about a customer pick-up option. Unfortunately, the service was not helpful. While the delays are due to the delivery service, it was the company that chose them. They need to ensure timely deliveries, select a different service, or rethink their mail order approach.
