If I could give zero stars, I would. I ordered a commemorative glass for a special occasion, but what I received was a cheap plastic cup with a completely different design. It's absurd. After multiple emails, the response was a partial refund offer, citing shipping costs as a reason for not refunding the full amount. This company is a fraud. Don't waste your time.
