I ordered headphones from this company, and after a week, my package still hasn't been "processed." I had to request a refund through PayPal because their "support hotline" is non-functional. Attempts to reach them via email have gone unanswered.
If I could rate this lower, I definitely would. I bought a commemorative glass for the 250th anniversary, expecting a quality product for my husband. Instead, we received a cheap plastic cup that didn't even resemble the original design. It's completely unacceptable. I reached out via email, but it took several attempts to get a response. They only offered a partial refund, claiming their shipping costs prevented a full refund, which is absurd. This feels like a scam. Save your time and avoid this seller.
