Instead, we received a cheap plastic cup that didn't even resemble the original design. It's completely unacceptable. I reached out via email, but it took several attempts to get a response. They only offered a partial refund, claiming their shipping costs prevented a full refund, which is absurd. This feels like a scam. Save your time and avoid this seller.
