They refunded me without consulting me on my options, leaving me in a difficult position with no gifts for my family, despite their assurances that it would be delivered soon. When I requested a replacement package to arrive after Christmas, they declined since the refund had been processed. No offer of free shipping or alternatives was provided, and the items I ordered are now sold out. Disappointment is an understatement.
