I bundled & switched because of the iphone promo I was told about. The transfer pin they gave me did not work and after literally 20
Hrs of being on hold over several days, I finally completed it. I was then told that I was late by 1 day on the promo and that my tranfer pin issue was in the notes. They basically told me “tough Luck” and I have never gotten a call back for my upgraded complaints. These people are souless and this company is terrible. Dont believe anything they tell you. Wish I had stayed with my old carrier. I will keep complaining so many people dont sign up with this company.im telling everyone I know.
