Two months ago, in early December 2025, I purchased three bathrobes from this company. The quality was shockingly poor for the price, which immediately led me to request a return. What followed has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had.I opened only one bathrobe. The quality was extremely low, with poor fabric and finishing, completely unjustified for such an expensive product. The other two bathrobes were never opened and remained sealed.Customer support actively tried to discourage me from returning the order, repeatedly warning me that the process would be “very complicated.” Despite this, I followed every instruction provided. I paid international shipping myself and returned the package to China, at a cost equivalent to around 25% of the product price.After waiting two months, the company sent the same package back to Spain, rejecting my return without valid justification, even though I fully complied with their return policy. I then had to pay another 25% of the product price just to retrieve the package.In short: extremely poor quality, terrible value for money, misleading return policies, and excessive costs placed entirely on the customer. This feels less like a return policy and more like a deliberate deterrent.At the very least, I expect a full refund.
