DO NOT BUY FROM COZEY MAISON!!!!!!!!!!!!! POOR QUALITY AND SCAMMERS!!!!!
I received a product with a quality far, far below what was advertised (it looked nothing like the quality shown in the nice photo on their website). When I told them about it, they asked me to send a photo of the product I received (since they don’t even check the quality of what they sell).
When I requested a return, they told me I had to send it to China (violating both their own return policy and European regulations). Even so, I did it… out of goodwill. From that point on, it was all avoidance, as they did not handle the return with Chinese customs (which is their responsibility): all empty nice words, zero action or real responses. They kept asking for patience and understanding: “we will refund you when the product reaches the warehouse” (but it depended on them for the product to arrive), or “we don’t want to violate your rights” (when they had already been violated several times before).
I have fulfilled everything on my end, responsibly and respectfully. I am still waiting for a full refund after 2 months: zero response and no proactive attitude to resolve anything (they haven’t even asked me for product codes or anything), only asking for patience and then silence.

THIS HAS BEEN MY WORST EXPERIENCE AS A CONSUMER IN MY LIFE. I HOPE THIS MESSAGE REACHES ANYONE THINKING ABOUT BUYING FROM COZEY MAISON, SO THEY CAN THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING FROM A SCAMMING COMPANY LIKE THIS.

I gave one star only because I did actually receive a pair of sandles after about three weeks. However it should be possible to give no stars. I agree with every review which sadly I only checked after purchasing. They appeared to be a very professional German company as I received several email updates regarding my order in German.It is a SCAM however with goods no doubt being shipped from China and being sold on for more than double the original price. This is the delay in delivery. The orthopaedic sandles I ordered are plastic, cheap looking and so hard they dont bend with your foot. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE COMPANIES.

Two months ago, in early December 2025, I purchased three bathrobes from this company. The quality was shockingly poor for the price, which immediately led me to request a return. What followed has been one of the worst customer experiences I have had.I opened only one bathrobe. The quality was extremely low, with poor fabric and finishing, completely unjustified for such an expensive product. The other two bathrobes were never opened and remained sealed.Customer support actively tried to discourage me from returning the order, repeatedly warning me that the process would be “very complicated.” Despite this, I followed every instruction provided. I paid international shipping myself and returned the package to China, at a cost equivalent to around 25% of the product price.After waiting two months, the company sent the same package back to Spain, rejecting my return without valid justification, even though I fully complied with their return policy. I then had to pay another 25% of the product price just to retrieve the package.In short: extremely poor quality, terrible value for money, misleading return policies, and excessive costs placed entirely on the customer. This feels less like a return policy and more like a deliberate deterrent.At the very least, I expect a full refund.
Absolute bunch of crooks. I paid good money for a clock. It arrived later than advised. Having inserted an AA battery it just did not work. I contacted them asking who/where I return the goods to. They have not given me the information. They asked me to take a photo. Once I had sent that they then requested a video. I played along. They are now saying they have sent the details back to the manufactures for their comments. I will never get the information I need to return it and therefore never receive a refund. I kick myself for buying from this company who are nothing more than robbers.
waited over 7 weeks for my item. It was a christmas present that arrived Jan 22. I requested a refund after 30 days (european consumer rights confirm this is the law) but they refused. They then requested a new address but I told them the one they had was correct. Eventually I shared it, and they claimed I gave them the wrong one initially. I confirmed on the order and courier site that the address I gave them was correct all along. Now they won't reply to my message about a return. Although everything comes from china, (their website) and we have to pay all fees. Absolutely shocking.
