I ordered two pairs of slippers on the 29th November. After several emails and a tracking number to china, they arrived on the 4th Jan. I received one pair. A girl called Jana asked me to email pictures of the packaging and slippers. I will update once the next step has been carried out. Update: Still no response on 30th January, emailed again today.
