cozeymaison.com I believe is a scam.In November. I ordered two Glowvera LED table lamps (cost €119.95, reduced to €50.95 each. So a total cost of €101.90) from this company. Despite ordering in November they didn't arrive until 30th December. Because I believed that they were coming from Denmark, as per website information, I was disappointed but not unduly worried not to receive them before Christmas.To say that I am disappointed in the product is an understatement. I feel cheated. These items aren't worth a fraction of the price charged and it is obvious that the description of them does not match the pictures on your website.In all the pictures on the website these lamps are shown as being normal table lamp size and indeed they are referred to as table lamps. But the two lamps that I received are tiny, little larger than a tumbler. The website purports to be a Danish company and indeed emails that I received seemed to be written in Dutch. But these items are made in China and shipped from China. The website states that they are favourably reviewed on Trustpoint but I see that the opposite is true. Cozey Maison is referred to as a scam company and gets a mere 1 point rating. I read also that there is very little customer satisfaction to be had with regard to returns. I would dearly like to return this joke of an item but having read the problems that others have had getting refunds I will reluctantly hold onto them. I would like to warn others about the false advertising used by this company and hope others might benefit from my mistake.
