Their email bounced back as ‘no longer exists’ when I tried to reach out to their customer service about shipping fees after realizing the items were shipped from abroad—no tracking number provided, and a misleading site selling non-existent quilts. They even deleted their customer service email after my inquiry about shipping. There’s no contact number available. I lost $375 on fake quilts that were never sent. It's frustrating how their ads dominate legitimate sites, and platforms promoting them should face consequences.
