I ordered 1 quilt sent to my daughter. They sent and charged me for 4 quilts! They sent 2 unordered quilts to me and 2 quilts to her. I saw the "error" while the order was in progress and tried to cancel it, but the money was taken from my account. I opened a dispute with Discover and Pay pal, and they refunded the money to my account. The quilts have arrived, but we do not wish to keep any of them. We will be returning all 4 quilts, and I am amazed and grateful that the charges of $173 and $130 were restored to my account. The quilts were absolutely junk, and the cost of returning them is my penance for not looking into the company online before I ordered from them. Don't deal with this company; their photographer (AI?) is far better than the stuff they are peddling!

Misleading product representation and poor customer service.

I bought a bed set from a seller, and what I received was drastically different from what was advertised. The listing showcased a complete and cohesive bed set, but the delivered product was materially different. Although pillowcases were included, they were not the ones displayed in the listing images. Many items were either obscured, replaced, or entirely missing, making the product I received fundamentally different from what I ordered. When I sought a refund due to these discrepancies, the seller claimed that nothing was missing and said the images were for “symbolic representation” to enhance the appearance of the photos. This justification is unacceptable. Images in product listings set consumer expectations, and if items differ or are excluded, this must be clearly communicated. A product that is hidden, substituted, or significantly different from what is shown is not symbolic; it is concealed. This constitutes false advertising and deceptive practices, which violate consumer protection laws. Interestingly, the seller responded to my emails promptly until I mentioned filing a complaint with the relevant authorities and cited consumer protection laws. Since then, they have ceased all communication. It has now been nearly 48 hours without a response. I am sharing this review to alert other consumers. I highly recommend reporting this seller to the appropriate authorities and exercising caution before making a purchase. All communications and evidence have been saved.

Complete disappointment. I can't believe I spent so much on this.

Complete disappointment. I'm shocked that I invested so much into something that resembles a cheap cover. It's definitely not a quilt and bears no resemblance to the advertised product. I urge you not to waste your money.

Strongly advise against purchasing from this seller.

I completely agree with the majority of feedback. Avoid buying from this seller. 1) They raised the charge amount without my consent, even though I had a receipt showing a lower price. Unfortunately, I used a payment service that does not protect customers from such overcharges. Be cautious when using this service for purchases from questionable websites. 2) I ordered a 'quilt' that turned out to be nothing more than a cheap moving blanket with a printed image. The quality is very poor and grossly overpriced, in addition to the unauthorized charge. The 'king size' I ordered made the printed image look distorted, with oversized puppies that appeared odd on the blanket. 3) The seller is based overseas, making it impossible to contact them for returns. My advice: steer clear of this store. It's surprising that they are allowed to advertise alongside reputable sites.

Mixed Feelings About My Order

I placed an order and was frustrated when an additional item was added to my selection, and I couldn't cancel or receive a refund despite my efforts. After reading several negative reviews online, I feared I had lost my money and would never receive my items, especially with the reported "delivery issues" from the shipping service, which was also unresponsive. To my surprise, a few weeks later, a package arrived containing two "quilts." While the product isn't exactly what I would call a quilt, it isn't completely disappointing either. It resembles what I anticipated and is usable, though I wouldn't say it's a great value. I appreciate the design, so overall, I'm somewhat satisfied. I'm thankful I didn't provide my credit card information. My mother found a quilt that she believed would make a wonderful Christmas gift for my sister-in-law. They initially offered a 5% discount, but I discovered a code for 15% off. Unfortunately, every time I tried to dismiss the previous code or modify my order, it kept adding another quilt, and my total climbed to nearly $600 (over 5 quilts!). This didn't even include extra fees for delivery assurance, conservation, and an optional tip for the quilt makers. The site wouldn't let me make any adjustments or reach customer support, so I decided to walk away. I'm grateful I came across these reviews highlighting the poor quality and questionable practices of this site.

Complete fraud

This is a complete fraud. Their email bounced back as 'no longer exists' while I was trying to reach their customer service about shipping fees after discovering the items were shipped from abroad. There was no tracking number provided, and the site appeared to be a deceptive American front for a company based overseas, selling non-existent quilts. They even deleted their customer service email when I inquired about shipping. There’s no phone number to contact either. They are despicable scammers, and I feel for anyone impacted by their actions. I lost $375 on fake quilts that were never delivered. It's troubling how their ads can overshadow genuine businesses. Platforms promoting their site should face penalties too.

Unethical behavior

Unethical behavior all around. They make it nearly impossible to contact them through their so-called support email. Clearly, they don’t answer the phone either. Canceling an order is a nightmare. I will never engage with them again, and I advise others to avoid them as well. If they don’t respond, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and the attorney general.
