I found very poor customer service at Mascot store. I was told that I could make another exchange on Resmed F20 if I found the mask& headgear ill fitting. So, now I am stuck with a full face mask and headgear that is uncomfortable to wear and pressure points around my eyes. I should have stuck to Fisher & Paykel Simplex headgear & mask. I will never shop there again
