The sales representative was knowledgeable, giving clear explanations and a touch of humor, which was a nice addition. The equipment worked well, along with one of the trial masks. We decided to purchase the machine based on the trial experience and the representative's guidance. Overall, we are very pleased with the whole experience.

A client of mine reached out for assistance in obtaining a replacement CPAP machine (covered by DVA) since hers hasn't been working for months. The customer service representative made her feel pressured to accept a new mask to try (which has already been tested) instead of providing a replacement machine. It seems like the company is not currently addressing their customers' needs.
