The branch provides a walk-in service without the need for an appointment, and the nearby free parking was a plus. The sales representative was knowledgeable, giving clear explanations and a touch of humor, which was a nice addition. The equipment worked well, along with one of the trial masks. We decided to purchase the machine based on the trial experience and the representative's guidance. Overall, we are very pleased with the whole experience.
