You should build in the cost spread over all your merchandise. 2) your customer service takes too long toReply. 3) in the particular shoe I wanted, red crystal loafers, the 38 and 37 were much too big. The 36 is much too small. It would be nice to have half sizes. The other flat shoes I have bought from you, size 37 are perfect. I am very disappointed. I very much want the loafers.
