The shoes arrived quickly and are gorgeous. Unfortunately, my husband had emergency surgery in Jan 1, so my new shoes stayed in the box until past return date. When I put them on they were too big. It was past return date. I contacted customer service who told me how to measure. I reported back correct adjustment and waited for instruction . 2 days later a new pair arrived! In redible service! The next day I bought a second pair, different color. Have my eyes on Ted that should be in my cart any day!
The customer service was SUPERB. I was mistakenly sent a wrong size and when I reached out they immediately shipped me out a new size and also asked me to keep the wrong size for a shoes worth over $120?? I have never seen this done anywhere else. This is the best customer service I have ever seen, You just earned a loyal customer for life
